Due to the nature of digital services, our return and refund policy is structured to ensure fairness and transparency for both parties.
GROMIZE provides intangible, customized, and time-based services. Unlike physical products, digital marketing services cannot be “returned” once delivered. Therefore, all purchases are subject to the terms mentioned below.
Once any part of the service has been:
Delivered
Approved
Published (ads, posts, website, etc.)

If a client decides to cancel the project:
Before Work Starts:
Refund may be considered after deducting processing and consultation charges
After Work Has Started:

Resources used
Time invested
➡️ Remaining unused amount (if any) may be refunded at GROMIZE’s discretion
Refunds will not be provided in cases where:
Client changes business plans
Client is not satisfied without valid reason
Client finds services expensive after purchase
Client switches to another agency
We believe in client satisfaction and offer revisions:
Free revisions are provided as per agreed package
Revisions are limited to the original scope of work
Any additional work beyond scope will be chargeable
Clients are expected to:
Provide content, approvals, and feedback on time
Maintain clear communication

Any payments made towards third-party services are non-refundable, including:
Facebook / Instagram / Google Ads spend
Domain & Hosting
Paid tools or software
Influencer payments

We do not guarantee specific results such as:
Exact number of leads
Sales conversions
Ranking position

GROMIZE reserves the right to terminate services if:
Client violates terms
Miscommunication or misconduct occurs
Payment delays happen

Refund requests (if any) will be:

Subject to management approval
